DealsChecked is designed to minimize personal data collection.

Data we process

We may process standard server logs for security and reliability, aggregated outbound-click counts, Google Analytics traffic measurements, and information you voluntarily submit through the contact channel.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage, such as visited pages, traffic sources, device category, and approximate geography. Google may process cookies, device information, and network information under its own privacy terms.

What we do not use

We do not use user accounts, cross-site fingerprinting, or store complete IP addresses as long-term analytics identifiers in our own database.

Affiliate links

When you follow an eligible merchant link, the affiliate network and merchant may process information under their own privacy policies.

Retention

Application and security logs are kept only as long as reasonably needed for security and reliability. Aggregated daily click counts do not contain full IP addresses.
